There is no dearth of methodologies to solve any business problem. However, I don't find much literature on the integration of the methodologies to help orgaizations undergoing strategic transformations. Most of the organizations depend very heavily on the consultants and pay them big chunk of their profits. However, the ROI on this investment is rarely realized. The organizations does not build the internal capabilities to carry on the transformations and sustain the change.
I have initiated a blog " Strategy & Business Excellence " to help organizations to successfully transform. I will keep writing series of posts on strategy formulation, strategy execution, and sustaining the change after transformation, which will answer most of the questions organizations currently facing.
